So what is the Best Ab Workout Secret for Belly Fat Loss?

There is NO secret – well not a workout secret anyway! The reason being that ab workouts alone won’t create enough of a metabolic reaction in your body to create fat loss.

As a trainer, fitness expert and nutrition authority I often get asked what the best types of workouts and exercises are for losing stubborn abdominal fat in order to bring out those desirable six pack abs. The problem is that most people with excess belly fat looking to try to flatten their abs are searching high and low for some “miracle abdominal workout” that is going to make their abs fat disappear in no time.

The thing is… they are going about their dilemma entirely the wrong way! The reality is that you don’t lose belly fat by doing ab workouts.

Focusing most of your time and effort on abdominal exercises and abs workouts to try to flatten your stomach and bring out those 6-pack abs is simply wasting your time from doing the right training programs that will actually reduce your body fat permanently.

If I were to choose a solution as to what the best workouts are for losing abdominal fat, my answer would include full body exercises such as the following:

a variety of squats, deadlifts lunges, clean & presses, snatches, swings, mountain climbers, presses and pulls, sprinting, etc.

These types of full body workouts would cover a much higher percentage of the exercises I would design instead of abs workouts directly targeting the midsection. The way you combine these full body exercises into a planned workout that gets your metabolism going is also of vital importance.

Now don’t get me wrong… I do suggest a certain amount of training that directly targets the abs and core, but they are only a small portion of the programs I design for my clients as your precious time is better spent focusing on the full body workouts that excite the greatest metabolic and hormonal changes within the body. In addition, the important spin-off of working out using mostly full body multi-joint combo workouts is that you ultimately work your entire midsection even though you are not purposely targeting the abs.

Bear in mind that the most significant factor for losing abdominal fat to acquire those six pack abs is actually in the nutrition department. No matter how hard you train, if you eat junk, then your belly will be covered with ugly fat. Nutrition is above all the “king of getting a six pack”.

So let’s get this cleared up once and for all…

Stop wasting all your time doing leg raises, crunches , situps and wasting your time on all those ridiculous useless “ab contraptions” in your pains to develop 6-pack abs. Rather focus on high power full body lifts using combo multi-joint workouts – all advantageously combined into highly efficient fat loss workouts. Combine that with a healthy diet full of natural untreated whole foods as close to their natural condition as possible, and those dream six-pack abdominals will yours in no time!

The Hidden Dangers of Your Excess Belly Fat – It’s More Serious than what you’d like to think!

Did you know that most people in today have excess belly fat? The first thing that most people think of is that their extra belly fat doesn’t look good, and they cover up their abs from being visible. They become self-conscious about showing off their body.

However, the matter is not all that simple as excess abdominal fat in particular, is not only ugly, but also poses a VERY HIGH risk factor to your well-being.

Scientific research has clearly shown that although it is unhealthy in general to have excess body fat throughout your body, it is also particularly detrimental to have too much belly fat.

There are actually two types of fat that you have in your belly area. The first type that covers up your stomach from being visible is called subcutaneous fat and lies directly beneath the skin and on top of the stomach muscles.

The second type of fat in your belly area is called visceral fat, which lies deeper in the abdomen beneath your muscle and around your internal organs. Too much visceral fat is responsible in giving men that “beer belly” look where their belly protrudes noticeably and also feels hard if you push on it.

Both visceral fat and subcutaneous fat in the belly area are serious health risk factors, but science has shown that having excessive visceral fat is the most dangerous of the two. Both of them greatly increase your risk of developing heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea, (a condition where a person stops breathing for short periods of time during their sleep) various forms of cancer and other degenerative diseases.

One reason why visceral fat is particularly dangerous is that it releases more inflammatory molecules into your body on a constant basis.

Reducing your abdominal fat should be one of your TOP priorities if you care for your loved ones and the quality of your own life! No beating around the bush. Besides, the side-effect of getting rid of all of that excessive nasty abdominal fat at last is that your stomach will flatten out, and if you loose enough belly fat, you will be able to visibly see those sexy six pack abs that everyone desires.

So how do you get rid of extra belly fat? Is there actually a REAL answer after all of the gimmicks and hogwash that you see in ads and on commercials for these unbelievable fat loss products?

The first thing you have to understand is that there is unfortunately no quick way out. There are no super pills or supplements whatsoever that will help you loose your belly fat faster. Also, none of the gimmicky contraptions like ab belts, ab rockers or rollers will help you to get rid of belly fat either. You simply can’t reduce your stomach fat by using any of these worthless gadgets. It just doesn’t work that like that!

The ONLY solution to consistently losing your belly fat and keep it off forever is to combine a proper nutritious diet consisting of unprocessed natural foods with a expertly designed strategic exercise program that stimulates the necessary hormonal and metabolic reaction within your body.
